  • Ngunnawal, ACT. New 5 star rated passive solar 2 bedroom residence for semi retired couple. HIA Awards - Finalist 1996 - Energy Efficient Homes less than 150m2
  • Dickson, ACT. New 5 star 4 bedroom reverse brick veneer passive solar residence. ACTHERS Energy rating - 88 points. Won HIA and MBA Energy Efficiency awards 2001.
  • Red Hill, ACT. New 3 bedroom /study, 2 storey, split level, passive solar family home. HIA Awards finalist.
